Charles Faram Inc – COVID-19 Statement

This is very challenging time for our industry in the U.S., and across the world. At Charles Faram we just wanted to let you know what we are doing in the face of these challenges.

 

We are continuing to stay open and will try to provide the same level of service and support to you as we have always done. We are in constant contact with our colleagues in the UK and Canada and with our supply partners across the globe in a combined effort to try and minimize any negative affects to you, the brewers. There is likely to be some delay in the supply chains, particularly for container shipments.

 

We have taken steps to ensure the health and safety of our staff and our customers and have restricted travel as much as possible and non-operational staff have been encouraged to work from home. Pick-up of orders is still possible from our Yakima warehouse, though we have initiated a ‘no-contact’ policy which will be shared with you at the point of ordering.

 

This is a rapidly evolving situation and we are responding to it dynamically. If you have any questions or concerns about your hop and brewing ingredients supply over the coming months please do not hesitate to contact as. It is important to pull together now and we are here to help you.
