East Kent Golding. It’s massively classy and lends fabulous flavour to beer.

There are many but Five Points Railway Porter, Northern Monk Glory, Mahrs Brau Helles, Marble Peaches & Beaches, Yeastie Boys Gunnamatta, Gadds’ No5, Burning Sky Plateau to name but a few…
Favourite Food & Beer pairing?
Chicken Biryani and Gadds’ No3 Pale Ale. A match made in heaven.
Favourite beer destination?
Bamberg, Germany.
Favourite pub in the UK?
I’ve lots of favourites but if I had to name one it would be The Barrels in Hereford. It’s everything a great pub should be.
What’s the one item in the brewery you couldn’t live without?
A pen.
Favourite beer festival?
Easter Planet Thanet Beer Festival in Margate. It’s great especially if you get a sunny Easter.
Favourite interest/hobby outside of brewing?
Family life with some home-brewing, photography, running, travelling thrown in.
What’s the last beer you brewed?
A rice beer.
