We're here to help.
Our dedicated International Sales team takes care of our customers worldwide, while collaborating closely with our colleagues in the US and Canada. The team delivers high-quality hops to brewers globally, through direct sales and our trusted network of distributors. They also manage our export logistics, shipping from our cold storage facilities in Newland and Charles Faram Europe, located in Wilków, Poland.

Ben has worked in International Sales for the best part of the last 10 years and loves the challenge of meeting customer's needs across the world.
Previously heading up a team at a small family-run engineering company, Ben saw the opportunity to join the team at Farams whilst doing a recruitment project. He jumped at the idea of entering into the brewing industry, having previously enjoyed homebrewing and drinking all manner of different beer styles.
Ben enjoys being busy and has been juggling the running of the International department and studying for his General Certificate in Brewing, through the IBD, to improve his knowledge of the brewing process.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, listening to music and podcasts, and enjoying a beer or two in his local pub.

Andrew has an IBD Diploma in Brewing, which he has put to good use with over 30 years of practical experience in the brewing industry. For the last 12 years, he has been supporting brewers to create great beer in his role at Charles Faram.
Having started a career as a design draughtsman, a conversation on the rugby pitch changed this outlook, and over time took on the Head Brewer role setting up a new brewery in the city of York. He never looked back and went on to gain his brewing qualification while serving as Head Brewer at York Brewery. This position, held over 16 years, involved brewing award-winning ales within the historic city walls.
Throughout this time Charles Faram was his hop supplier. Familiar with the company, and its trusted hop supply, Andrew seized the opportunity to leave the large skies of North Yorkshire moving to Worcestershire to join the Faram team. In this role, he travels the world connecting with the global brewing community to support the development of exciting new hop varieties, and their use in wonderful beers. After all, behind every great beer, is a great hop.
When not on hop duty he goes to music gigs, and rugby matches, gets stuck into gardening, and, of course, enjoys a beer at the pub.

Dan is from Ledbury and has plenty of previous experience working in the brewing industry, as his family has always been involved with hops.
His family has been involved in every step of the hop journey, from growing and picking to processing, lab-testing, and storing, which led Dan to complete the journey by joining the team at Farams. Lupulin runs in his veins!
Dan loves playing golf and holds a season ticket for Wolverhampton Wanderers. He is eager to maintain and expand Charles Faram's European customer base.
While serving as a SIBA beer judge, Dan's most embarrassing industry moment occurred when he solely relied on his desire for another pint to form his opinions.
