Chairman of the BFBi Midland Section 2021 - present
Charlie’s role consists of organising Charles Faram's events, and brand awareness, overseeing the website, and social media, keeping an eye on industry trends and challenges and developing future promotions and projects.
Charlie started out in the industry at the start of 2006 working for Titanic Brewery and then moving on to become manager of the Trade Association side of SIBA. She is extremely passionate about politics and all other influences that affect the brewing industry.
In her role at Faram’s Charlie is keen to expand the company mantra of providing the best quality products and as many opportunities for helping brewers with their businesses as possible.
Her hobbies include working at beer festivals, dance, and millinery under the name Rarakoala, giving readings as a psychic medium and anything else that looks fun and does not involve climbing up or jumping from/out of things at height.
Her most embarrassing moment recently is someone knocking her beer over herself and a well-known Scottish brewery owner and multi-nominee at the start of an awards evening. It's still not funny.

Maddie joined Charles Faram's dynamic Marketing in October 2023. With a 1st Class Honours degree in Brand and Marketing Management Maddie loves all things social media, content creation and events.
With expertise in media analytics and a recent IBD Certificate in Brewing Essentials, Maddie seamlessly blends marketing prowess with a passion for hops.
From packing pallets to designing flyers, Maddie thrives on variety and learning in her role.

Patrick joined the team in January, hailing from Gloucester. With a background in car sales and a degree in Marketing Management, he brings a unique blend of sales expertise and academic knowledge.
Passionate about digital marketing, he specialises in targeting, paid promotion, and imaginative campaign strategies. Patrick's journey into the brewing industry began at university, culminating in a marketing plan focused on a Cotswold brewery. Combining a love for beer and agriculture, Charles Faram was a natural fit.
