HOW TO BREW
QUANTUM BRITE, SKYFARM, BREW GAS AND OMNI
BRITE TANK
We recommend that you add all four of the Abstrax ranges at the coldest and latest point in the process – the brite tank.
Adding to the brite tank enables precise flavour control in the final beer, eliminating the risk of aromatic compound loss from additional processing. This method also prevents flavour alterations caused by yeast activity and biotransformation.
HOW TO STORE
The whole Abstrax range is supplied in lightproof bottles, with no need to refrigerate, making storage easy and simple. However, we do recommend you refrigerate the product once open and consume in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines which can found below:
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE
QUANTUM BRITE
The Quantum series has a shelf life of 12 months, however once opened the product should be used within 3 months to ensure freshness.
SKYFARM
The Skyfarm series has a shelf life of 12 months when stored within its original sealed container however we recommend using the full contents of each container in a single use. If this is not possible please refrigerate the product and use within one month once opened.
BREWGAS
The Quantum series has a shelf life of 12 months, however once opened the product should be used within 3 months to keep it at it’s best.
OMNI HOP PROFILES
The Omni range has a shelf life of 12 months when stored under the manufacturer’s recommended conditions. However to ensure the best possible flavour/aroma it is recommended to use the full bottle contents in one use.
