Hop Variety Description

Developed by Charles ‘Chuck’ Zimmerman in the late 1970’s Columbus has become one of the most widely grown alpha varieties grown in the US. Bright spice and citrus in early picked Columbus makes way for a deep pungency in later-picked crop.
