We understand that the UK and world health situation at present is unstable, high risk and is having dramatic effects on individuals and businesses.
We know that you are concerned, as are we, and we look forward to hearing the government plan for financial relief.
We will continue to work as normally as possible to support our customers, maintain our workplace and safeguard vulnerable colleagues.
Our hygiene procedures have, understandably, been reinforced and colleagues who have travelled recently or are at high risk have been isolated. Phone and video-calling is in use to reduce risk factors.
Orders are still being taken, picked and dispatched.
We will monitor the situation as it changes, adapt accordingly and will communicate in a timely manner any direct impacts to our customers.
