MARKETING & EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Position: Full-time
Salary: £28-£35k depending on experience.
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (40 paid hours/week with 30 min unpaid break per day) with hybrid arrangements considered

Summary
The position of Marketing & Events Executive includes being responsible for providing support and bring our brand to life across the group. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing, PR & Events to ensure effective and efficient operations and implementation of the marketing strategy in line with company procedures. This includes creative and engaging content podcasts to supporting trade events and building sales opportunities, no two days will be the same!
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Create compelling assets for printed and digital media.
- Conduct market research, campaigns, brand management, digital marketing, SEO, Podcast and video creation and editing, and product promotion.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and external agencies to promote our vast portfolio of products and activities.
- Support Charles Faram own and external trade events from concept through to execution.
- Work to the Marketing Department budget and contribute to marketing strategy and strong storytelling.
What we're looking for
- Creative flair, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and confident traveller.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools (Canva and Adobe).
- A sense of fun, initiative, and a love of storytelling
- Bonus: Event planning experience, brewing industry knowledge, or WordPress/HubSpot skills
