Hop Variety Description

Developed at the Hop Research Center in Hüll and released in 2002.Bred as a robust alternative to Mittelfrüh, Saphir imparts a distinct cirtus intensity.Matures early season with a moderate yield. Resistant to both Downy Mildew and Powdery Mildew.
