Hop Variety Description

Cascade was bred in Oregon in 1956 but not released until 1972. It is the result of the open pollination of a Fuggle-type seedling that was derived from crosses with the Russian Serebrianker variety.Can be used throughout the brewing process and in multiple styles, displaying floral and spicy notes with a backbone of vibrant citrus and stone fruit.
