Hop Variety Description

Synonymous with English Goldings, East Kent Goldings are a quintessentially British Hop. Developed from the Canterbury Whitebine variety in the late 1700’s, they are grown exclusively in East Kent since 1838, now only by a handful of growers.Though primarily prized for their fine floral aroma EKG also give a smooth, honey-like bittering.
