Hop Variety Description

Bred by the New Zealand Horticultural Research Centre and released in 1976, it was renamed Dr. Rudi in 2012 after its breeder, Dr. Rudi Roborgh. Provides excellent bitterness and works well as an aroma variety where resinous, citrus, and pine characters are required. Matures mid-season. All New Zealand hops are disease-free.
