Important notice about deliveries and collections

Please inspect your consignment thoroughly upon arrival while the driver is present. Check for damage such as torn bags. If damaged has occurred, it is your responsibility to ensure that the driver states the damage on the delivery paperwork and that photographs are taken of the damage with either the driver or vehicle in the photograph. All damage should be reported to Charles Faram as soon after arrival as possible. Check for quantity discrepancies against your delivery note, it is good practice to report any discrepancies immediately as no credit for missing goods can be issued after 7 days from arrival.
