It was commercially released in 2006 in the US after first being bred by Dr Yoshitada Mori of Sapporo Brewery in Hokkaido, Japan in 1984. Parents are Saaz, Brewer’s Gold and Beikei No. 2.Clean bittering and notes of lemon predominate is used early in the brew. Aroma notes can include lemon zest, coriander and dill.
