Bred at Wye College in Kent in 2002. It is a cross between US Cascade and a British hedgerow hop.More delicate than US Cascade, complex blackcurrant, loganberry and spice notes can be found in Endeavour’s aroma, with a clean grapefruit and lime flavour present if used later on in the brew.
