Jester® and its sister Olicana® are both seedlings of Cascade. It was our first foray into New World aromas and remains the most widely planted of our proprietary varieties. Punchy and resinous, the flavour profile of Jester® balances well with dark malts and full bodied beers. It’s citrus notes are highlighted when used with a light hand or as part of a blend.
