Hop Variety Description

Centennial was first crossed in 1974 with heritage from Fuggle, Brewers Gold and Golding. Named for the 100 year anniversary of the founding of Washington State. Centennial is an excellent all-rounder, imparting balanced citrus fruit, floral and spice characteristics throughout the brew. Perfect for American Pale Ales and works very well with other hops.
