Bred from Southern Cross and a New Zealand male, Moutere™ was released by Plant and Food Research in 2015. Prized for its oil content and with high alpha, it can provide soft tropical fruit character as a late addition. Originally known as Brooklyn. All New Zealand hops are disease free.
