FARAMANIA®

Faramania® is a competition for homebrewers helping to create
hop history, as homebrewers can trial experimental hop varieties.

Homebrewers have the exclusive opportunity to try new hop varieties by trialling Charles Faram’s development programme hops —some of which are so rare that only a few hop cones exist.

These small quantities are too limited for commercial brewers, so this unique process allows us to accelerate the development of new hop varieties through the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme.

After the judging sessions, awards are presented to the winning brewers, and the judges’ feedback and scores are carefully analysed. This invaluable information helps Faram team decide which hops to advance further within the programme.
