Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of this brewery’s favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing.

Grown in Australia and descending from North America, Eclipse hops bring a mouth-watering montage of flavours. Pine, lemon zest and sweet mandarin are present
throughout, working in harmony with their pale ale base.
