On Wednesday at 12:30pm, join Flavour That Works For You. Matty Gilliland from New Belgium Brewing Company leads the session.
He explores new flavour opportunities while improving cost efficiency. Additionally, Matty shares data-driven insights behind every brewing decision.

Thursday Hop Showcase at SIBA BeerX 2026

On Thursday at 1pm, the 3•2•1 Cross-Style Brewing Showcase takes centre stage. This session answers last year’s most asked question.

Each brewer presents two styles using one Charles Faram Hop Development Programme variety. As a result, flavour expression differences become clear.
