We understand that freshness and correct storage are absolutely critical when working with high-oil hop varieties, where even small losses can impact aroma, flavour intensity, and brewhouse performance. That’s why all of our American hop varieties are carefully handled from harvest through to delivery, cold-stored under controlled conditions to protect essential oils, alpha acids, and overall hop integrity.

Our hops are available in both T90 pellets and whole leaf formats, giving brewers the flexibility to match their process, recipe, and production scale. From late-hop additions and dry hopping to bittering applications, you can rely on predictable performance and vibrant aroma every time.
