Hop Variety Description

Talus® is a bold and aromatic hop variety known for its unique blend of citrus, floral, and woody character. Developed by the Hop Breeding Company, Talus is the daughter of Sabro and an open-pollinated male, which gives it a distinct lineage and expressive profile. Expect bright notes of pink grapefruit, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits, and hints of sage. It’s a versatile hop often used in IPAs, pale ales, and experimental styles, offering brewers a way to craft beers with layered aroma and complexity.
